Blokland is keen to learn how customers can be even better served. To achieve this, an online customer satisfaction measurement campaign was started in 2018 with an online survey.
In addition to the possibility for customers to report on the experiences with Blokland, customers are also asked about future requirements and given the option to receive a feedback or make an appointment with one of the specialists. Because we are very happy with the information provided and grateful for the time our customers put in it, we allot an IPad among the participants every six months.
The information received will be used for a further improvement of our products and level of our services. The lucky winner of the first IPad is Mr. Kees Tolsma of the technical wholesaler Combi Noord B.V.
