Blokland Non Ferro is specialized in the repair and cleaning of box coolers, oil coolers, heat exchangers, charge air coolers and bottom-type coolers. Blokland Non Ferro has a large and specialized factory with cleaning facilities. A short lead time for the cleaning and repair is possible.
Repair and cleaning scope
The repair and cleaning of boxcoolers, oil coolers, heat exchangers, charge air coolers and bottom type coolers consists of the following activities:
- Chemical cleaning
- Ultrasonic cleaning charge air coolers / engine blocks
- Re-tubing
- Replacement of tube-sheets
- Reproduction element according to example or drawing
- Reproduction according to example or drawing
- Repair and coating of steel heads
- New sealing kits
- Pressure test
